Oregano

Oregano gives Mediterranean cuisine its warm, aromatic and slightly tangy flavour. Oregano’s herbaceous flavour is similar to thyme and marjoram. When dried this herb has a stronger flavour than when it is fresh. It is used to season pasta and pizza dishes but may also be used to add flavour to meat dishes and tomato based dishes
